Tappan Zee Constructors (TZC) will move a crane from the median separating the New York State Thruway’s northbound and southbound traffic lanes (I-87/I-287) in South Nyack to a staging area near exit 10 (Nyack – South Nyack – US Route 9W) during the early morning hours of Thursday, Sept. 7, requiring a single northbound traffic stop at approximately 4:30 a.m. State Police will hold traffic in the four northbound/westbound Thruway lanes near exit 10 for up to 15 minutes.
