The latest update to the project gallery includes new aerial photography of the twin-span bridge and its support structures, such as the recently completed concrete noise barriers in Rockland County.
Transparent noise barriers were also recently installed on the northern side of the westbound span’s Rockland approach.
The bridge’s new, permanent maintenance dock is also taking shape, with concrete work nearing completion. Crews are currently hard at work installing handrails, brackets and other dock materials.
