The New NY Bridge project will hold its annual public meetings on June 14 in Westchester County and June 15 in Rockland County.
The events, part of the project’s ongoing outreach efforts which have engaged tens of thousands of stakeholders since the project’s inception, are an opportunity to update the community on the latest construction progress as well as what lies ahead for the twin-span crossing.
The meetings will highlight the numerous advances on both land and water, and will include time-lapse footage, showing months of construction progress in just a few minutes.
Following the presentation, a panel of representatives from the New York State Thruway Authority and senior members of Tappan Zee Constructors, LLC, the contractor designing and building the new twin-span bridge, will answer questions from attendees.
The project team looks forward to meeting with the community as this critical infrastructure project continues to advance. Times and locations are as follows:
